Wiatrak "Koźlak" in Uniejów is one of two historic koźlak-type windmills that form part of the Zagroda Młynarska open-air museum. Both windmills were relocated here from other settlements in Łódź Voivodeship and have been restored.
The open-air museum was established in 2012 from five historic buildings relocated to Uniejów: a manor house, two koźlak windmills, a farmstead and a cottage. One of the koźlaks serves as a living museum of milling with original equipment, while the other functions as accommodation.
The windmill stands right next to Zagroda Młynarska, the main entry describing the entire open-air museum complex, and near the Tężnia w Uniejowie i Pijalni Wód.
