A wooden gazebo in the forest by the Pilica in Spała stands on the site of a pre-war pavilion called grzybek (the mushroom), where open-air parties were held for guests of President Ignacy Mościcki.
A wooden gazebo hidden in the forest above the Pilica, a few hundred metres from St Hubert's Grotto in the eastern part of Spała. It is a small recreational pavilion and a destination for walks along the forest paths around the former hunting residence in Spała.
The pavilion stands where a former thatch-roofed shelter once stood, which before the Second World War was colloquially known as the little mushroom. It was there that open-air receptions were organised for guests of the Spała palace, including meetings attended by President Ignacy Mościcki, who spent the summer months in Spała.
The present pavilion lies not far from Grota św. Huberta and serves as a small rest point on a walking route through the forest above the river. The walk can be extended towards the centre of Spała, where there is, for example, Park Linowy.
