Arturówek Tennis Court

The tennis courts in Arturówek are located on the northern edge of Łódź, on Studencka Street, within the Łagiewniki forest belt and part of the Arturówek recreation complex. It is a clay court facility, open seasonally from spring to autumn.

Courts and season

The facility provides three clay courts. They operate from spring to autumn, seven days a week, from 7.00 to 21.00. Play is reserved by telephone or through an online booking system, which displays the current court schedule. In the city register of tennis courts maintained by the Łódź City Office, the club is listed under the name Tenis&Arturówek Klub.

Facilities

The courts have male and female changing rooms and showers equipped with toiletries and hair dryers. The operator has also set aside rest areas that can be used before and after matches.

Getting there and surroundings

By car, access is from the junction of Warszawska and Skrzydlata streets, then along Skrzydlata Street to the end. Players can drive onto the complex grounds and park at the car park by the courts, despite general access restrictions in Arturówek. Bus line 85B serves the area. In the vicinity are a rope park, restaurants and ice cream shops, a beach with bathing facilities, a play area and a water bike rental, and walking and cycling routes run through Łagiewniki forest.
