On Aleja Piłsudskiego, in Widzew's former factory halls, two shooting clubs now operate, and a few hundred metres further on stands a shopping centre with a hypermarket and dozens of shops.
At number 141 you'll find two different clubs side by side: Strzelnica C4 Guns, the largest shooting range in Łódź, set up in the former Anilana factory halls, with 16 firing points across four ranges, and Strzelmistrz, a sport shooting club operating since 1998, with three shooting bays and training for shooters and sports referees. The club also organises dynamic and precision shooting competitions, including F-Class matches, plus free classes for young people and instructors.
Centrum Handlowe Tulipan on Piłsudskiego, operating since 1999, combines an Auchan hypermarket with dozens of shops, including RTV Euro AGD, Jysk, Rossmann and CCC, plus the Zielona Przystań community garden and a Poczta Polska post office - a good option for an hour or two when the weather doesn't favour sightseeing.
